Core Directors include co-founders Rupert Nabarro and Ian Cullen who have been with the company since the start-up in 1985. After successfully managing and developing IPD France since its inception in 1999, Laurent Ternisien moved to London in late 2005 to take the position of Managing Director of IPD. The rest of the Board comprises respected experts in their fields of real estate marketing, most of who have at least ten years' IPD experience in the real estate market.

Headquartered in London, our services outside the UK are run through subsidiary companies or existing trade associations. A multinational staff of over 250 operate throughout the IPD network to ensure local knowledge and language capabilities.
