What is the IPD Portfolio Analysis Service (PAS)?
IPD's core service - a highly flexible performance measurement and reporting service which you can use to analyse the performance of your real estate assets and benchmark yourself against your peers. The service can also be used when reporting to boards, shareholders and other lenders and is available for specific markets or at a multinational level through our Multinational Portfolio Analysis Service.
Benefits of the portfolio analysis service are that it:
