Colin is director of Research for Real Estate & Planning and served as Head of Department. His principal research covers modelling of real estate investment, global office markets and international real estate. He has carried out research and consultancy for the European Union, the Norwegian government, Her Majesty’s Treasury, the Department of Communities and Local Government and the Home Office.

He started his career with Total Oil in 1993, where he was an acquisition manager and in 1996 he joined McDonald’s corp. in Istanbul as a real estate representative. After having worked in Germany and Turkey for Praktiker AG, he had several free lance real estate assignments worldwide.

Neil Blake, Oxford Economics
Director of Economic Analysis
Neil was a founder director of Business Strategies Ltd, which became part of Experian before joining Oxford Economics. He has developed a wide range of economic models including macroeconomic, regional and labour market models. Neil's current responsibilities include overseeing international regional and industry modeling, UK economic forecasting and inputs into public sector and retail planning consultancy.

Isaac joined DTZ in March 2009. Before joining DTZ he was the Head of Strategy and Planning at Barclays Plc from 2006-2009. Prior to this role, Isaac had 15 years experience in top-management consulting, most recently at the San Francisco office of Booz Allen Hamilton, now Booz & Co. Isaac holds an MBA degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and a BA in Economics from Tel-Aviv University in Israel.

Nassos joined the international department of IPD in 1997, and helped to develop the German project into a fully-fledged and integrated databank and portfolio analysis service. In March 2002 Nassos became Managing Director of IPD GmbH (previously DID) in Wiesbaden and in 2005 was promoted to an Associate Director with the regional responsibility for Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

He is a Mechanical Industrial Engineer with 20 years of experience in the fields of renewable sources, energy efficiency in building and industrial processes and related subjects. His career has been developed in different Engineering companies as Project Manager and Business Developer. Since 2007 he has been acting as Sustainability Product Manager in Bureau Veritas.

Christina is developing IPD’s sustainability initiatives around the world, including the creation and launch of the first Sustainability Index in the UK that links sustainable buildings to their financial investment performance. Christina has worked in real estate at IPD for 15 years.

Architect
Francoise-Helene practices architecture from her office at JAP (Jourda Architects Paris). Since 1999, she has been teaching in Vienna, Austria and she also heads the company EO.CITE, an architecture and urban planning consulting firm. All three of these activities are centered around the principle of sustainable development.
