IPD in Australia

IPD has been working in Australia since March 2005 when we entered into an agreement with the Property Council of Australia to assume responsibility for the delivery of indices. Our team offers all the core IPD services, including our Portfolio Analysis Service, the Occupiers Service, specialist benchmarking and bespoke research and publications.

The total value of the PCA/IPD Australian Property Index is A$88.4 billion (as at December 2008) covering 1077 investments. The index dates back to 1984 and is the most comprehensive database on investment grade real estate in the country.
