IPD has been working in Belgium since 2005. Our first index (consultative release) was published in 2006. Run from our office in Paris, we provide the core IPD Portfolio Analysis Service. Other IPD services will be available soon.

The total value of the properties covered by the IPD Belgian databank in 2007 was €6.3 billion, representing 19% of the value of the holdings of the financial institutions and quoted property companies. We analyse 24 portfolios from 20 international and local investors with mostly Office properties (66%), but also Retail (23%) and Logistics (5%).
