IPD established a service in Ireland in 1995 when we launched the first Irish commercial property Index. Sponsored by the Irish Society of Chartered Surveyors, the Index is published quarterly and covers the period from December 1984 to date. Run from our head office in London, we also offer an annual and quarterly Benchmarking service for Ireland.

The total value of the properties included in the Irish Databank at March 2007 now stands at €5.9 billion - equivalent to 83% of the total property assets of Irish institutions and listed property companies.
