In July 2001 we joined forces with Imométrica in Portugal to set up a Portfolio Analysis and Benchmarking Service, aimed at increasing market knowledge and transparency for both national and international investors. The service, which is run from our office in Paris, also offers Market Information publications e.g. the Portuguese Property Digest.

The Imométrica / IPD Portugal Annual Property Index is based on a sample of 741 properties covering €8.6bn at the end of December 2008.The Databank now accounts for approximately 63% of the value of Portuguese institutional property investment market.
