After seven years offering services in the Spanish market from the IPD France office, IPD has added new impetus to its activity in Spain by opening an office in Madrid in 2008.

We offer our Spanish clients the standard IPD Portfolio Analysis and Benchmarking services, as well as Market Information publications, including the Iberian Digest and research-based products.

The total value of the properties included in the IPD Spanish Databank at December 2007 was €16.5 billion. The Databank accounts for approximately 50% of the value of the holdings of the financial institutions and quoted property companies. Using this extensive databank we are able to produce indices and benchmarking reports on an annual basis.
