    An introduction to the general principles of measuring the performance of investment assets.

    Generating longer term performance measures by compounding numbers for single time periods.

    Calculating the performance of a fund or group of properties relative to a benchmark for a particular market, sector or region.

    The theory and calculation of attribution analysis scores, one of the most powerful performance analysis techniques.

    Calculating the elements that underpin chan ges in capital value; rental value growth and yield impacts.

    How to calculate income measures including vacancy rates and projected cash flows.
