Urban regeneration has been a high priority on the political agenda for some time, but what does it mean for those who have property interests in these jurisdictions and the performance of developers?

The IPD UK Regeneration Index Launch will take a detailed look at the 2007 performance of commercial and residential property in urban regeneration areas and, for the first time, the performance of development properties within regeneration areas. The Launch will also compare regeneration returns with the IPD all property total return and IPD sector benchmarks, as well as provide comment on what is driving the growth in returns in each particular market.
