Our key clients include Central Civil estate occupiers, central and local government, universities and further education colleges. In January 2009 we were awarded a four year single supplier Framework Agreement by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) to provide benchmarking and analysis services across the Central Civil Estate, through the Property Benchmarking Service framework.

IPD is also now offering its building level performance analysis service to the HE sector. The service analyses performance at building level and provides access to our online analysis tool, which includes a variety of sector benchmarks including the same HE benchmarks as found in EMS.
